very comfy. happy (so far)

i got these just yesterday and they are VERY comfortable and fit great and look great. going to be my go to hiking and travel pants, but until my next hike or travel, i'm wearing them to work.

i've heard complaints about the seams and lining not holding up, so we'll see. if they do hold up, i'm getting a few more.

also, i'd have loved to have at least one of the back pockets zippered for more security. taking off 1 star for that (don't know if that's fair).

Quality outdoor pant.

Appreciate the lightweight, hard wearing design. I wear a medium short bdu, and a size 34 fit perfectly after hemming. Will post a long term review, these are getting plenty of winter use layered over a base layer and at times a mid layer in temps from low 40s down to -7 (-20 with windchill). Shrugs off wind well but does not feel clamy while active.

Great lightweight pant

These pants are roomy and super comfortable. While not a technical hiking pant necessarily they would be super comfortable. I use my L5's for hiking/backcountry skiing. As a casual dressing older guy, I do not care for tight, skinny jeans. These are perfect for my casual wear needs.
