This privacy policy sets out how Beyond Clothing uses and protects any information that you give Beyond Clothing when you use this website. Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to ensuring that it is protected. Throughout this Policy, “Beyond”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to 5.11, Inc. doing business as Beyond Clothing and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, and “Site” refers to the website found on the internet at www.beyondclothing.com.

Online, we may collect information through the Site, an affiliated site (such as a promotional microsite linked to our site), a Beyond Clothing page on a community website (such as Facebook or the like), or through similar online avenues. Offline, we may collect information through our sales associates and employees when contacting our office directly. Our Policy applies to all information collected by or submitted to the Site, Beyond, or its employees as described herein.

You may also register for a Customer Account on the Site. The Customer Account is completely optional and provided for your shopping convenience. If you do not wish to set-up an account, you can proceed to checkout as a “guest.”

 

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We use the information you provide when placing an order to ship product and to confirm delivery and may be retained for internal record keeping. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

If you are 18 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out").  Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

This Privacy Notice for Nevada Residents supplements the information contained in Beyond's privacy-security-terms and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of Nevada ("consumers" or "you").

Our Website collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular consumer or device ("personal information").  The categories of personal information our Website has collected from its consumers within the last twelve (12) months, including from those in Nevada, include:

If we make a material change to our Policy regarding how we use or collect your personal data, we will post a notice to this page or send an email describing the changes.
