You gotta love the gear you get. If you don’t, we’re here to change that. Simply follow the
instructions below and let us take care of the rest.

1. Make sure your gear is unused/clean and still has its original hang tags. No rolling around in the
mud before you send it in.

2. Submit a message to request a prepaid return label.

3. Download, print, and fill out our return/exchange form, found here. Be sure to include that order

4. Box it up, throw the prepaid return label on the outside of the box, and drop it at any UPS

Other important things to remember when sending in a return or exchange:

● All sales on clearance items are final.

● Gifts that were included with purchased items must also be returned in order to receive a refund.

● Customers are responsible for their products until they are delivered to us for return or exchange.
(We recommend getting tracking and insurance on your shipment.)

● If you notice within 30 days of your purchase that your gear has dropped in price, contact us with
your order details and we will refund you the difference.

● All products eligible for return/exchange must be purchased from or from
our Seattle storefront.

● If your order reaches you with any factory defects, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date

● Returns take 5-7 days to process after order is received at Beyond headquarters
