Very pleased with this jacket and other reviews are pretty spot on. The only improvement on the jacket would be thumb holes. Otherwise, I give it high marks at great price. I bought the women's version for my wife and she is happy with hers as well.
I received my order promptly but the package was damaged during the shipping process as was the jacket. I immediately contacted customer service and they immediately initiated shipment of a replacement. I couldn’t have asked for better service and received my undamaged replacement three days later.
