Our Response to COVID-19

Being based out of Seattle, Beyond is on the frontlines of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Our top priority has always been to keep you safe through preparedness; we work hard to provide you with the proper information and tools for tackling the world’s wildest places. We’re applying that same mindset in our response to COVID-19.

The retail store at our Seattle headquarters, the Acropolis, will not be open for a short duration while we learn how to best protect our customers and staff. Our team is adopting a lean, agile work strategy: everyone in the Beyond crew that can work from home will be doing so until no longer necessary. Online purchases will continue as normal, as will the ability to contact our Outfitting team with any questions or concerns. Returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs may be subject to delays although we will work extremely hard to ensure there is no impact to our service level.

Just to reiterate: there will be no disruption to online shopping.

We’ll keep you posted as we learn more and adapt to this ongoing situation. In the meanwhile, we are wishing safety to you and our entire community. Beyond would like to send a special thank you to the brave men and women of our first responder and health-care communities. Your support and selflessness sets an example that we should all strive to emulate. For those of you impacted, we pray for a speedy recovery.
