The Men’s Avid Ultralight L4 Pant is a streamlined alternative to the Ventum Ultralight L4 Pant, designed for active, multi-season use and with increased ease of layering under additional protection. The trim, tapered profile and ultralightweight fabric ensure easy mobility and layering, and wind-resistant protection wards off chilling gusts while retaining warmth generated from activity.

Great pants, even keeps me warm and didn’t overheat either. Had to get two pairs

The only con is the tight slip for feet, a possible zip would be nice. Also the drawstrings need to be watched during washing/drying.

Avid Ultra L4 Pant…Ne Plus Ultra

By the size guidelines I ordered Medium & the fit is good, towards the limit of the comfortable wide stretch waist band, the drawstring is left loose. The pockets are handy, the articulated knee and tapered cuff make for a streamlined fit, the material is soft enough for lounging, durable with stretch for hiking. I’ve added another pair plus some of the women’s version for my wife.
