Returns and exchanges

RETURNs AND EXCHANGEs

TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, ITEMS PURCHASED MUST:

  • Have been purchased from beyondclothing.com or BEYOND HQ.
  • Not be labeled as an "Outlet" item.
  • Be submitted for return or exchange within 20 days of purchase.
  • Be clean, unused, and undamaged.
  • Include original hang tags.
  • Include any gifts that came with the order.
  • Other items marked "Outlet", “Final Sale” and/or promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) may not be returned.

In the event an item goes on sale or changes price within 7 days of your purchase we will gladly credit you for the price difference. Orders outside of the 7-day window and/or ones that have a promo/discount code already used on the order are unfortunately not eligible for the price adjustment.

Excluding items marked “Outlet”, "Final Sale" and/or promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.)

Orders that arrive with factory defects may be refunded within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for their products until they are delivered to us for return or exchange. (We recommend getting tracking and insurance on your shipment.)

Note: International customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
