Efficiently mapped PrimaLoft® Gold Luxe™ insulation minimizes wasteful bulk and retains warmth even while wet. Woven engineered baffles ensure full loft and no popped stitches. Synthetic down crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled content keeps your adventure eco-friendly.
The Dasche Jacket is crafted with bluesign®-certified textiles—verified for ecological safety at every step of manufacturing—and is certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® as free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances. The insulation is crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled content.
20-denier softshell over the insulation partners with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating and ultralight 4-way stretch at the forearms, underarms, and sides to balance protection and dexterity. The hood offers a crown cinch for a just-right fit, and features a unique stow design that avoids the bulk of roll-up storage or the hassle of tracking a detachable hood.
Zippered on-seam hand pockets provide secure, low-profile storage. An oversized pocket and passport pocket on the inside feature power mesh construction for venting and fast drying. Stow the entire jacket in a jiffy via the zippered pouch in the left hand pocket to save space when not in use.

I have a closet full of beyond jackets that I and my wife love, but saw this and had to give it a try. I am 6' tall and 182 lbs, with WAY too long arms, and I originally ordered the Large Long, but had to send it back and exchange it for a Medium Long! The fit was perfect! It is so light that you barely realize you are wearing any jacket at all! I have now been out several times hiking in 31º to 45º weather and I was shocked how warm this was! I was not cold at all! the targeted insulation is really slick! It truly does keep warm the areas that tend to get coldest resulting in an overall feeling of warmth! I even decided to test it out on a 32º day when my wife and I took our dog for a 1.5 mile walk to Dunkin Donuts. The thing relevant part of that was that we sat outside in the cold for about a half hour drinking our coffee. I was not the least bit cold (neither was my wife, but she was wearing her A7 Cold Jacket!). I continue to be impressed with everything that I have purchased from Beyond, and the Dasche A7 is no different! Keep up the good work!!!
I have worn the K3 jacket on conditioning rucks and with snow falling in the Cascade range it will soon be tested in the backcountry. I believe this is an absolutely brilliant concept of reducing the bulk on your arms but still providing coverage. Good work team!
Had the jacket for several weeks now and like it. When first viewing the lack of insulation on the arms was a surprise. On a couple of 20 degree days my arms were chilled, but not uncomfortable. The look is stylish and the fit superb, I have a size large and I'm 5-10/187#. As the design progresses I would like to see a microfleece lining or thicker material in the arms of the jacket so it can provide warmth in cold conditions. The pocket zippers tabs are too small and the zipper constantly gets caught in the material to the point of frustration. A larger YKK zipper would solves this issue. There's no inside/outside chest pocket, it'd be nice to have one. The interior pocket drops into a pouch on the inside of the side pocket and trying to fish something out sucks.
I am 5'07" and 150 lbs. the jacket fit very well. I am thinking of using a thin long sleeve with my K3 jacket. I am still trying to figure out how the hood should be stored on the jacket.
