Product is made very well, the thread design and stitching seems as if it’s going to hold up for the long haul. American made product as stated. As for the size, I would say true to size or slightly undersized. Go slightly larger if you really want to layer both thermal and a set of pants under these pants. I can and would recommend this product now that I have them in hand. I did not consider utilizing this company before this purchase but now I will give them first looks in the future.

Good quality manufacturing, material is noisy during movement, size is at least one size too big. I ordered 38 since they were going over my uniform pants which are 36. I could have probably ordered 34” waist and been fine. Since these were on sale they could not be returned for a smaller size unfortunately. They are exceptionally warm and could function as a sleeping bag in extreme cold weather. I have already tested them at 28 degrees. I have not tested their waterproofness as of yet.

I had been using USMC “happy suit” pants for hunting in Montana’s coldest conditions. Those things are amazing but they are bulky. The A7-D Cold Pants seem to offer all the warmth, even in wind, that the happy suit pants do without the bulk. They are durable but I do not spend a lot of time walking in as they can get too warm. The added bonus is that they are camo while the happy suit pants are gray. Just your typical, superior, Beyond product!

These pants are designed to perform in the most rigorous environments. They are reinforced in all the right areas and will definitely keep you warm!
