This jacket is very warm as a mid layer and should work great for me in camp as I’m a cold sleeper. Current price makes this a really good deal compared to offerings from other brands. However this could be too warm as an active layer unless near or below freezing. Wish they also offered something in alpha 60 or 90 as well. Still an awesome value.
This is so lightweight and comfy to wear in town or when travelling, even when its hot out. The elastic and draw cord ensures a good fit and the hidden zippered pocket is handy to put away valuables. Would certainly buy again.

I bought this jacket in the burgundy or wine color. The color is rich and it fits well and is nicely designed for a female body. It is comfortable and lightweight. It definitely cuts the wind and works well in a light rain. However, I felt damp after I was out in a sustained rain for a while. I did not like the cut of the hood. It would’ve worked if I had a baseball cap or something underneath or possibly a knit hat of some sort, but I had to keep pulling it off my face so that I could have full vision And that was bothersome.
