Guide Glove - Finger sizing doesn't work for me

After measuring my hand as per the website instructions, I ordered a size L. When trying on, the palms are snug, almost too tight in some spots. If they were just leather I would expect them to stretch out a bit, but not sure with the other materials. In any event, the fingers are too long. I don't have short fingers, or an abnormally large palm, so it seems these, like so many other gloves, just can't get the proportions right, for me anyway. I'd be tempted to try a medium, except...

I also saw that they're made in Sri Lanka, which was a huge disappointment. Not so much that they're made there - If you're proud of your foreign manufacturing you should proclaim it loudly on your website, as you do with the made in us items. I looked back over your site, at the About pages and the Sustainable Production. The recyclable packaging and pollinator programs are great, but I didn't see anything about the foreign manufacturing facilities, working conditions, or workers. If I'm mistaken please educate me.
