I received my order promptly but the package was damaged during the shipping process as was the jacket. I immediately contacted customer service and they immediately initiated shipment of a replacement. I couldn’t have asked for better service and received my undamaged replacement three days later.
The jacket fits true to size and performs great.

It's a great light jacket. The only reason I am giving it a 3 not a 5 is because the arm cuffs need a thumb loop or some elastic to hold them in place. The moment you start moving the sleeves riding up your arm or a draft goes right up the sleeve. Then you feel the chill. Else wise when the Alpha fleece is layered you can really feel the warmth.
