These are great. Extremely lightweight and comfortable, plus made in the USA. Ordered long, as it's what I wear in all my surplus BDUs and thought I would need based on their height chart, but probably not necessary. Will order regular in the future. Also, Beyond customer service has been extremely responsive so far in my request for exchanging a rig backcountry pant that was even longer.
These pants are perfect. The fit is spot on. The pockets are well placed and large enough to be useful without being obnoxious. I wear a 34 jeans…measure a 35-36 waist and the large is very close fitting in the waist. In fairness I have big thighs and a big butt so there is that. Bottom line is the pants fit trim so if in doubt size up.
The pants are excellent. Tweave Durastretch fabric is very resilient with just the righ amount of stretch. Tweave fabric is very resilient - I managed to catch a crampon on my previous pair of pants made of the same fabric and ended up with just a small puncture. I am sure that with any other fabric I would have torn a huge hole. This pants are also reinforced in high wear areas with Cordura. The colors of these two fabrics match so well it is hard to see where is which but it's easy to tell that those are different when touched. I got medium and it fits well. In fact I like the fit of those better than Rig Light Backcountry Pant which seem to fit tighter while being the same medium size. Overall design of Brokk MS suites my purposes better too. Rig Light has more technical features like knee pad pouches and gaiters which I didn't use much.
The Brokk multicam pants are the perfect balance of stretch and durability. I have used these pants in 100 degree weather, and have also worn them in the 20s with a level 2 waffle underneath. The Brokk pants take a beating, and I have one a few years old that still works fine. To date I have 1black, 2 coyote, and 1 multicam, I have also given some as “gifts” to the deserving; but only the few who can begin to appreciate Beyond Clothing. The Brokk pants will get you there while looking and feeling like a CHAMP!!!
Got these for something a little more breathable than my standard Cryes. Love the material. It’s got decent durability and toughness, thus far, as well as good breathability and no chafing even in the middle of summer. Also, for what it’s worth I suffered an injury that left me with the use of one hand since I got these and they’ve been my go to for ease of donning. No complaints on these and worth the price completely IMO. Here’s to hoping they offer these in a few more colors in the future. Great job Beyond.
