If you notice within 30 days of your purchase that a garment you have purchased has dropped in price, then contact us with your order details and we will refund you the difference!
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In original, unused, sales-worthy condition
- Have the original hangtags attached
- Include the original/copy of the sales receipt with the return
- Purchased via BeyondClothing.com or from the Beyond Clothing Seattle Store
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Print out and complete the Returned Merchandise Authorization Form to send in with your unused gear. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance on your shipment. Customers are responsible for their products until we sign for them. Mail your unused item and completed RMA form to:

DO YOU OFFER PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?
We offer prepaid return shipping labels for purchases made within the past 30 days. Contact our Customer Experience Team at email@example.com to request a prepaid return shipping label. Print and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop off at the nearest UPS location. We are unable to offer pre-paid shipping labels for international returns.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Beyond Clothing products may be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund provided that the item is in its original condition with tags still attached. Refunds are applied via the original form of payment (excluding shipping costs).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up on your account.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
Absolutely. Simply follow the instructions above. When we receive your item, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the current sales price.

Yes. Just make sure to bring in a completed Returned Merchandise Authorization Form. We are located at 6363 6th Ave S, Seattle, WA, 98108. Our hours are Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM.
