Ultimate Moisture Protection
The K6 - Arx Rain Jacket is a waterproof, lightweight and highly packable Jacket designed for static protection against wind and rain. The jacket is sized to be worn over midlayers, making it easy to layer as weather rapidly changes.
This jacket is built with Beyond’s proprietary Lutra™ fabric; a lightweight 3-layer waterproof, breathable shell. This keeps moisture out while also allowing sweat to escape.
Along with welded and taped seams, all zippers are also waterproof, making the entire jacket completely wind and waterproof.
Two-way side vents with interior snap tabs allow for increased ventilation and access to gear/pockets layered below.
The adjustable crown hood can be sized to fit exactly how you need it while maximizing moisture protection.
Waterproof, zippered pockets at chest, right bicep, and hands keep all your cargo dry.

The K6-ARX waterproof layer is by far the toughest piece of clothing i’ve bought to date, and my first piece of Beyond gear.
Found the company through Sorinex, bit the bullet, snagged the gear, and i’m blown away by the quality and attention to detail. not one rain layer that i’ve owned in the past has been this well built, or made for such easy layering.
Between monsoon season in northern New Mexico and traversing sharp basalt, snowy treks through the rockies and alaska, and tornado season in oklahoma i’m proud to say that this has quickly become my favorite piece of clothing and will last for years to come.
This rain jacket was made with perhaps the best finish and materials of any article of clothing I’ve ever owned. Just used it at Stowe while skiing, after 21 inches of snow and in mid teen temperatures and 40 plus mph winds. It dealt with these conditions flawlessly. Suggestions for changes? Perhaps slightly roomier pockets, if you can preserve the really nice overall fit. I especially appreciate that this tall XL has a trim body and long sleeves, rather than the other way around—perfect for someone 6’5”, 210 lbs. Also, maybe a little more room in the hood for a helmet? Overall, really superior work!
Since beginning my Beyond collection about a year ago, I have invested over $5K in clothing. I live in one of the remotest regions of the lower 48. Every piece of my Beyond gear has met or exceeded my expectations. I can tell by the perfect fit and exquisite build and quality of my latest additions that I will come to rely on them as much as I have my other purchases. Beyond is the best.
