Durable Cold Weather Protection
The K5 - Testa Softshell Jacket is the warmer alternative to the K5 - Velox Light Jacket, designed for active use in cold weather. An inner fleece laminate adds additional warmth, making it the go-to in cooler climates.
Inner Fleece Laminate
An inner fleece laminate wicks moisture away from the body and traps heat.
Store the essentials in the zippered chest, bicep, and hand pockets.
Brushed mesh inner collar/hand pockets, wind flap protecting the front zipper, and hypalon hook & loop cuff tabs ensure maximum comfort.
The durable, 4-way stretch nylon shell is not only designed to move with you, but also provides protection from rough terrain and bushes.

Love the jacket. We purchased it for work to test and will be purchasing many more now that we have tested it out.
Excellent product and excellent service!!
I am enjoying this jacket very much. It is durable, stylish in black, and has a lot of function built in. I and 6’2”, 195 and got a large long. It fits snug but I think that is good. My only complaint is the hook and loop cuffs. The straps with the hook part, used to adjust the cuff openings, tends to also get stuck on other items and in the pockets when I put my hands in them. Not sure how to fix that other than a different type of cuff adjustment, if that is needed at all. I also wish there was a sleeve inside the front of the jacket down low for holding a magazine, other papers, or a bottle. It could also offer a little more protection for items in the pockets instead of the open mesh type of material.
K5 - Testa Softshell Jacket
I purchased a black, medium regular jacket and wore it up in Banff Canada for the past 10 days in cold (0-25°F) weather. I hiked, snowshoed, and wore it around town and it did phenomenally. The material is very breathable, and is further supplemented by great ventilation from the pockets which were used to their fullest during our hiking and showshoeing days. I do wish it had a hood and was a little longer to accommodate leaving your base/level 3 layers untucked, but those are just personal preferences for walking around town and have no effect on my opinion of the jacket. It performs as advertised. Note: the cuff straps will catch and stick on lots of materials (i.e. wool, cotton, etc.) so be careful or you might damage your other layers.
