I actually use this gear for survival/expedition trips & have to say these A5 Rig pants are some of the most comfortable pants I’ve put through the grinder. I honestly think they run slightly warmer than G4 combat pants I’m running side by side. The length is perfect & the build quality is superb. Honestly I now have the entire RIG wardrobe including their rain & wind breakers which are now my go to for every adventure! Can’t go wrong with this gear hands down!
Honestly the only piece of gear for their Tactical line I wish they offered would be a light windbreaker mid base layer with hood, when they do offer that I’ll be adding that to all my packs.
This thing is great. Perfect from the woods to the flat range. Highly recommended
Quality is impressive considering this is not a $400 jacket, but $229... i own arcteryx shells and this one gives me confidence in heavy rain that ones double their price dont give me... i just wish is wasnt that long (height wise), but other than that, buy it! Im considering buying a size S so i can run it with 1-2 layers only (35-60F)
Seriously a tough jacket with vent zips that make it easy to get to your pistol holster in poor weather...Think it's better than Arcteryx and others but I haven't gotten soaked yet...
