The Production Process:
Beyond offers an experience like no other. Within these
pages you will be able to custom create just about any product you will need,
while in the out of doors, anywhere on Earth. Once you have chosen your colors,
options, and offered information about your body and how you like to wear your
clothing, we take over and an advanced system goes into action.
Proprietary software analyses your measurements within seconds of the placement
of your order, and once verified as being correct, further software creates
a custom pattern of the product you ordered that will fit your body, the way
you want it to fit.
Our cutter then lays out the appropriate fabrics onto our robotic, computerized
cutting table. A vacuum, with the sound of a jet engine initiates, sucks down
the fabric so that the finished cut item will be the exact pattern that we created
for you.
The cut garment then goes into the embroidery and kitting stage. The appropriate
logo is placed, in the location that you have chosen, and all zippers, cords,
etc are connected with the order.
Your order is then placed in the queue for sewing. One highly trained sewer
creates your entire garment, in one sitting.
Upon review of the garment within quality control, the product is scheduled
for shipment.
Pre-Order Information and Opportunities:
Beyond invites you to email or call us with any questions
you may have while deciding which levels of the Camber Layering System you currently
need. We recognize that this is an exciting time, but is also one that needs
information to allow for the proper choice. Catalogs are available and samples
of our most popular fabrics are sent along too. We hope that being able to see
the fabrics, testing them for water and durability, and feeling them will help
you know which fabrics will be best for your activity. For each layer, we have
chosen the best fabrics in the world, and now its your choice which will be
best for you.
Post-Order Possibilities:
Over the last 11 years Beyond has created
a system of customization that is truly incredible. We trust that once you have
received your first order of layers, you will be sold on the incredible product
that is Beyond, and be back.
There are times when a garment does not fit (about 2%), and we were not able
to create your perfect layer. This may have been due to the customer information,
or we may have made a mistake. Our RIGHT FIT GUARANTEE makes it so this is a
stress free time for you. We are happy to accept the garment back, and will
adjust or remake the product with your required changes. Proudly, this creates
a perfect fit every time. It is rare that this happens, so please sit back,
and enjoy your creating your Camber Layering System.
Warranty: We guarantee that every product sold is free of manufacturers defects. Should you have a quality issue with your Beyond, please return the garment in a freshly cleaned state. We will repair, and / or replace any garment or portion of the garment free of charge if defects are found, or damage was caused due to original factory defect. Normal wear and tear, negligence, modifications, alterations, or damage other than made by manufacturers defects will be fixed for a fee, or if not fixable sent back to the customer with our apologies.
If a garment is to be sent back, a warranty form must accompany the garment. Please contact us for a PDF version of this form. No warranty issues may be examined if the form is not sent along in the package.
Please note: Garments must be clean prior to shipping to us. This is the law, and simple respect for our sewers.
