a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles
and interests in and to which are owned by Beyond.
All other trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or logos, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or republication of same without the prior written permission of the owner of same, is strictly prohibited.
The materials on the Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use. Prices
Prices offered on this site, or within documents noted to be governed by Beyond's Terms of Use are subject to change without notice, as allowed by applicable law.
Credit Card Authorization and Capture
If you do choose to order a product from the Site, and choose to pay by credit card, we reserve the right to charge the card the full amount of the transaction as early as the day of purchase, and as late as after the date of shipment.
Modifications, Cancelations and Refunds
Modifications to an order after purchase at beyondclothing.com defined as clicking the "Purchase" button, may be accepted upon review at the sole discretion of Beyond Clothing LLC.
After signing an order confirmation, or clicking the "Purchase" button at BeyondClothing.com cancelations are not allowed.
Refunds for the purchase amount, or of lesser or greater amount are not usually possible. The decision to refund any dollar amount is at the sole discretion of authorized representatives of Beyond Clothing LLC.
Right Fit Guarantee
Beyond holds the sole right, due to its expertise of the product, to recognize whether the fit of the product, based on information given at time of purchase, is deemed to be correct. If Beyond decides that a fit issue is the fault of Beyond, shipping costs may be refunded upon request. If the fit issue was not deemed to be an error, yet the garment is authorized to be sent back for alteration Beyond will not refund shipping costs.
