If you are one of the very few who need an adjustment, our Size Guarantee is simple:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will do everything in our power to make sure that your new Beyond garment fits very well. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the garment if you have any question that the garment may not fit properly.

If the garment must be returned for alteration, or another garment must be made please contact us before you ship. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if we do not know it is coming.

We consider size returns a priority and will fix the problem as soon as possible so that you will have the perfect garment you expected.

Our product guarantee is simple:

Beyond's design & production team are incredibly proud of their quality therefore we offer the following:

  1. Any defects in materials or workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Product damaged through neglect or misuse will be repaired at a nominal charge.
  2. No risk guarantee. If your new Beyond garment does not fit properly, please contact us toll free (800) 741-3369 (within 14 days of delivery), to let us know. A replacement with the proper changes will be sent right away.
